I am mountains and lakes,
foxes and wolves,
bears, and eagles
soaring across the sky.
I am fog and poems,
a soul dipping into moonlit waters.
I am longing and clarity,
fire and love.
I am the storm,
and the calm after rain,
the last golden light of a long beautiful day.
Thunder I carried in my bones,
and my hips knew lightning’s joy.
Oh, how alive I was in nature’s arms –
a promise tender as a lover’s hand.
I am a river, flowing through time –
relentless and alive,
touching every stone, every shore.
Wild, free, untamed,
I wind my way through ages
until I rest in the ocean’s vast embrace.
